Vodka-Roni Roman Pizza

Instructions

1. Stretch the Aria Dough Ball into a 60cm x 40cm blue steel Roman pan. Drizzle with Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and let it rest for 30 minutes. 

2. Evenly spread the mozzarella on top, then add the pecorino.

3. Next, add the pepperoni, making sure it is evenly spaced.

4. Place the pizza in an oven set to 610F and cook for 10 minutes, rotating the pan 180 degrees halfway through the cooking time. 

5. After the pizza has been removed from the oven, ladle on the heated vodka sauce post-bake.

6. Finish with basil and a drizzle of Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

7. Cut the pizza into 16 slices, then serve and enjoy!
