Caputo “00” Americana Flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Store frozen dough balls in the freezer for up to 90 days and use as needed. Do not refreeze once thawed. To prepare: thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator*, then poof it at room temperature until it increases in size by 1.5x. Roll, press, or hand stretch the dough to your desired size. Top and Bake.

*You can thaw at room temperature but for the best performance, the dough temperature should be between 60-65 degrees.
