Store frozen dough balls in the freezer for up to 90 days and use as needed. Do not refreeze once thawed. To prepare: thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator*, then proof it at room temperature until it increases in size by 1.5x. Roll, press, or hand stretch the dough to your desired size. Top and Bake.
*You can thaw at room temperature but for the best performance, the dough temperature should be between 60-65 degrees.
