Frienn High Oleic Sunflower Oil

Olitalia Frienn is a premium frying oil pressed from 100% Italian high-oleic sunflower seeds. Developed through two years of research and testing with food scientists from the University of Bologna, it was created specifically for the demands of professional kitchens.

With a high smoke point of 230°C (446°F) and excellent stability under high heat, Frienn provides a fry life of up to twice as long as conventional frying oils. Light in taste and color, it helps reduce flavor transfer while delivering clean, dry, and crispy frying results.

Frienn contains approximately 80% oleic acid and is formulated with natural antioxidants, including tocopherols and rosemary extract, to help maintain consistent quality and performance throughout the frying process.

Frienn’s high-oleic sunflower oil is obtained through mechanical pressing, using physical pressure during the extraction phase. Its formulation combines high-oleic sunflower oil with antioxidants, including tocopherols and rosemary extract, to support frying stability.
