  1. Cut the Semolina Bread on a diagonal, then toast to desired golden color. Arrange slices on a large platter and set aside. 

2. Heat the Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add the tomatoes and let them sit in the pan for 2 minutes until blistered. 

3. Next, add the garlic, salt, and pepper and stir together with the blistering tomatoes. Blister another 2-3 minutes, stirring as needed. 

4. Begin assembling the crostini by spreading about 1 tbsp of Deliziosa Stracciatella onto each crostini slice. 

5. Top each slice with 2-3 tomatoes, add a drizzle of pesto, and garnish with fresh basil. 

6. Serve and enjoy!
