Chicken Wings




  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of your Favorite Sauce


1. Place paper towels on a sheet pan and place the wings on top. Pat them down with paper towels, making them as dry as possible. This helps ensure the wings are very crispy.

2. Once dry, place the wings in a mixing bowl and add all of the spices. Using a pair of gloves, mix the chicken with the seasoning. Allow the chicken to rest once seasoned as the oil heats.

3. Once the Olitalia Frienn High Oleic Sunflower Oil is at temperature, add your wings to the fryer. Fry them for 17-18 minutes to ensure the wings are gold brown and fully cooked inside. 

4. Remove the wings and place them on a sheet pan with paper towels. Let them cool and enjoy!

5. To add some sauciness to your wings, add 2 tablespoons of butter to a saute pan. Melt the butter and add a 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. Mix the butter and sauce together for 3-5 minutes until fully combined. Add your fried wings and toss them using a pair of tongs until they are fully coated.
