  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Juice from 1 lemon


Chef Suggestion: I prefer using all-natural chicken breasts that do not contain any growth hormones or antibiotics. You can purchase them pre-sliced or slice them yourself to about 1/4 inch thick.
  1. Over a medium flame, heat a grill pan for about 2-3 minutes. Lightly brush on some Olitalia TuttOlio to prevent the chicken from sticking.
2. Add the lemon juice to 2 cups of Olitalia TuttOlio and give it a quick whisk.
3. Dip the chicken breast into the lemon and oil mixture and let any excess oil drip off.
4. Next, coat the chicken in the seasoned breadcrumbs and place aside on a dish. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
5. Place your chicken in the grill pan and grill for about 2 minutes on each side. Do not overcrowd the pan, you can do this in batches if necessary. Try not to move the chicken around while grilling to ensure that you get great grill lines!
6. Serve and enjoy!
