1. Using a food processor or an immersion blender with a high-walled glass, add your minced garlic and lemon juice and pulse for 10-20 seconds until there are no more chunks of garlic.
2. Add in the egg yolk and mix until you have a puree.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste and pulse it 3-5 more times.
4. After the salt and pepper have been incorporated, slowly drizzle in the Olitalia TuttOlio while mixing. It is important to do this very slowly so it can be absorbed properly and produce a creamy texture.
5. Blend until you have a creamy and smooth texture. It comes together quickly, so this should take only 1-2 minutes.
6. Place your aioli in a ramekin, top with fresh parsley, and serve it as a condiment, or use it on a sandwich. It goes especially great with recipes fried in Olitalia Frienn and sandwiches made with Caputo flour!
7. Serve and enjoy!
