Tori is a food enthusiast with a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine, culture, and tradition. Her love for great food began while traveling throughout Italy at a young age and continued to grow through home cooking during her time at the University of Colorado Boulder.
After graduating, Tori pursued a culinary track at the Institute of Culinary Education, where she graduated with a degree in Culinary and Restaurant Management. She later refined her skills at ALMA – The School of Italian Culinary Arts in Parma, Italy, specializing in traditional fresh and dried pasta making.
As a Marketing Associate, Tori combines her culinary expertise with her strengths in business, communication, and storytelling. She is passionate about creating meaningful food experiences and sharing her love of Italian cuisine with others.
