Michael has spent the past 20 years in the sales industry, primarily within the food and hospitality sectors. A naturally outgoing and personable professional, he thrives on building lasting relationships grounded in honesty, trust, and strong core values.
He began his career in high-end audio and video design before being recruited by his father into Sysco Foods, where his passion for the food industry truly took root. Over the next eight years, Michael gained extensive experience with major distributors including Sysco and Performance Foodservice, developing a deep understanding of single and multi-unit restaurant operations. His expertise particularly shines in servicing country clubs, beach resorts, and premium hospitality venues.
Michael later transitioned into the manufacturing side of the food industry, where he expanded his skills in supply chain management, production, and the distribution of high-quality bakery products. This well-rounded background gives him a unique perspective on both the distributor and manufacturing sides of the business.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys golfing, hiking, and attending rock music festivals. He is married to his college sweetheart, Nicole, and together they have two daughters who are active in lacrosse and karate.
