Customer Experience Manager
Sue joined Orlando Foods in November 2021 as a Customer Service Lead. Prior to joining Orlando Foods, she worked for over 20 years in Account Management for companies offering rapid diagnostic testing and worked 15 years as a bookkeeper for several small businesses
Outside of work, Sue is an EMT, volunteering for her town's ambulance corp. She's been a member for the last 23 years and has served as its Captain and Treasurer.
Sue attended Muhlenberg College where she played field hockey, earned a BS degree in Biology and met her husband
She enjoys hiking, biking and traveling.
