At Orlando Foods, he focuses on SEO, UX, performance, accessibility, and automation – digging into the details and applying best practices to turn complex journeys into simple, intuitive experiences.

Before joining Orlando Foods, he spent many years creating websites, applications, and automations – always with a strong focus on clean architecture, usability, and search-optimized performance. Along the way, he also helped brands grow their online presence through social media, content creation, and digital storytelling, making sure great products were supported by clear and engaging communication. He enjoys blending thoughtful design with solid engineering and believes that even small, well-crafted improvements can make a meaningful difference for users.

Outside of work, what Rafal values most are the everyday smiles of his two sons and time spent with his wife and family. A former long-time soccer player and kids’ coach, he’s also an avid skier who’s carved his way through the Dolomites, the Alps, and even down the legendary Streif in Kitzbuhel. Whether exploring new mountains or tinkering with a project at home, he’s happiest when he’s learning, moving, and giving things new life.
