Pasteurized water buffalo milk, start cultures, animal rennet, salt
Keep frozen and defrost what you need. Defrost packages in the fridge for at least 24 hours. To serve, place the sealed package in tepid water until the mozzarella is at room temperature. After the product has been defrosted, it will last 6-7 days in the refrigerator. Product should not be re-frozen once thawed.
