Michael is a commercial operations and customer success executive with more than 15 years of experience leading revenue growth, client partnerships, sales operations and customer experience initiatives across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, distribution and eCommerce organizations. Throughout his career, he has focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiencies, and creating strategic partnerships that produce long-term results. Mike is passionate about developing teams, collaboration and helping organizations and clients succeed together.
After receiving his degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mike moved to the west coast where he competed as a Golf Professional on various Mini-Tours throughout the country, before settling back East to start his corporate career. Currently, Mike lives in Ringwood, NJ with his wife Jessica and 13-year-old twins, Michaeland Ava. When Mike isn’t at work you can find him, coaching his son’s travel baseball team, and his daughters travel soccer team. He still has a passion for golf and loves to plan family vacations.
