Meet Mary, a remarkable individual with an impressive journey that’s as diverse as it is inspiring. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Saint Peter’s College, an Associate’s in Psychology from Hudson Community College, and the completion of two parts of the CPA exam. She’s never stopped seeking knowledge, with numerous courses at the AIB under her belt.

Mary’s professional path began at Sanders Langsam in Long Island City, where she served as an Accounting Clerk from 1982 to 1984. Her dedication led her to a twelve-year tenure at Spencer Savings Bank in Garfield, NJ, where she held the role of Assistant Controller from 1985 to 1997. She continued to climb the ladder, spending eleven years at Greater Community Bank & Greater Community Bancorp in Totowa, NJ, where she held the position of Assistant Vice President from 1998 to 2009.

For a year, Mary shared her expertise as a consultant at Valley National Bank before becoming an integral part of the Orlando Foods family, where she has been the Accounts Receivable Manager since 2010 and where her organizational prowess and financial acumen shine.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mary has a passion for cooking, and her culinary talents are rivaled only by her dedication to helping her church with various projects. She also finds fulfillment in making a positive impact by supporting disabled children.

Chicken Parm is one of my go-to’s! It’s super easy to make and its golden-breaded, tender chicken cutlet topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella create an irresistible combination of crispy, savory, and cheesy elements that is comforting, hearty, and flavorful!
