Do you sell directly to restaurants?

We sell primarily to foodservice distributors. If you are interested in using our products in your restaurant, please reach out to our rep in your area found at the bottom of the contact us page and they will help connect you with a distributor. If you are already using a foodservice distributor, please let our rep know and they can work with them to get you set up with product.

Do Caputo products have additives or anti-clumping agents?

No, Caputo does not use any additives or anti-clumping agents. The only ingredient you will ever see on a Caputo bag is wheat, with the exception of the Lievito Dry Yeast and Fioreglut Gluten Free Flour.

Do you sell directly to consumers?

At this time, we sell primarily to foodservice distributors. However, Caputo and Ciao products can be ordered directly from www.caputoflour.com and www.ciaotomatoes.com and some of our items are available on Amazon. Our trusted Amazon seller is SimplyBeautiful.

How do I defrost Caputo Frozen Dough Balls?
To defrost Caputo Frozen Dough, follow the below steps:

1. Remove the dough balls from the freezer and thaw them overnight in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
2. Once thawed, lightly sprinkle Caputo Semola in the bottom of a dough tray or sheet pan.
4. Cover the sheet pan with plastic wrap or the dough tray with a lid.
5. Proof the dough at room temperature until they have almost doubled in size.
6. Stretch, top, and bake with your favorite Orlando Foods Products.

How do I defrost Torre Lupara Frozen Buffalo Mozzarella?
To defrost Torre Lupara Frozen Buffalo Mozzarella, follow the below steps:

1. Defrost packages in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
2. To serve, place the sealed package in tepid water until the mozzarella is at room temperature.

After product has been defrosted, it will last 6-7 days in the refrigerator. Do not re-freeze once thawed.

How do I defrost Deliziosa Frozen Burrata and Straciatella?
To defrost Deliziosa products, defrost packages in the fridge for at least 48 hours.
