Ethan Quirk
Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager
“My passion for food service and hospitality began at a young age, while cooking with my mother for our family of 6 at our home in Salem, New Jersey. Her Italian heritage was the foundation for most of our meals and it wasn’t Sunday in our home, unless there was a pot of sauce and meatballs simmering. She worked nights as a nurse, so before I knew it, I was preparing meals for my siblings and father.
This responsibility carried me towards my career as a chef, where I managed my first kitchen when I was 20. My chef journey led me through various restaurants, casinos and corporate dining settings, where I found myself thriving on comradery and a passion for creativity.
From role to role, my goal was to learn something new about food service, so in 2015 I traded my apron for a collared shirt and began a new career in food equipment and supply sales for Clark Associates at The Restaurant Store. I wanted to learn everything I could about the tools and products that I had spent years using. It wasn’t long before I grew into a leadership role as the field sales manager, leading sales teams through the Mid-Atlantic and Florida, connecting customers to the equipment and supply needs.
“Helping people feed people” has been the theme of my career, so I am excited to continue doing so as a member of the OFS family.
I currently reside near Wilmington, DE and in my free time, I am with friends and family, either over a stove or camping at the Jersey shore.”
