Dan Licini
CFO
Introducing Dan, a cornerstone of Orlando Food Sales who officially assumed the role of CFO in May, 2018. But his connection with the company goes back even further to his days at Rothstein, Kass, where he spent over 11 years in public accounting. It’s a remarkable twist of fate that his very first account in 1993 was Orlando Foods, and he fondly jokes that this was the start of a 25-year-long interview process.
Dan’s roots in the food industry run deep, from the age of 5, he worked at his family’s meat provision, instilling a lifelong connection with food.
Dan’s financial acumen isn’t confined to Orlando Foods alone. He also lent his expertise as CFO to Rubber Fab Technology Group for a commendable 14 years. Dan’s educational journey includes graduating from Bergen Community College and later completing his studies at Montclair State College. He cemented his financial expertise by passing the CPA exam in 1995.
Outside of the office, Dan is a dedicated member of the community, serving as the financial secretary for the Knights of Columbus in Washington Township, NJ, for over 20 years.
When he’s not immersed in the world of finance, Dan is a true sports enthusiast, with a special passion for high school and college wrestling. He’s also a passionate traveler and has a special place in his heart for Italy.
