Saica is made from select large, green Nocellara di Belice olives from Sicily (also known as Castelvetrano olives) that are known for their mild, buttery flavor.

Tradition

Produced in the same manner it was thousands of years ago, Saica has been in the Orlando family for generations since Charlie Orlando introduced it in the 1960s.
