Assistant Controller

Meet Beatrice, our accomplished Assistant Controller with a rich and diverse background. Born and raised in France to Portuguese parents, Beatrice moved to the U.S. in 1999 and has since built a remarkable career.

Beatrice joined Modena Fine Foods in 2003 and dedicated 21 years to the company as an Administrative Manager. Her role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and various administrative tasks. In 2024, she joined Orlando Foods as our Assistant Controller where she works closely with Dan, our CFO. 

Outside of work, Beatrice is an avid traveler who loves exploring new countries, immersing herself in different cultures, and savoring a variety of cuisines. Her adventures have enriched her perspective and brought a wealth of experiences to her life.

Beatrice cherishes her time with family and friends and is often found enjoying the company of her beloved dog, Whiskey. Her warmth, dedication, and passion for life make her an invaluable member of our team.
