What started as a way to get nutrients into her toddler turned into a love for brightly hued pasta using veggies as coloring, and a career centered around the art of vibrant pasta making. She makes pasta art for Gigi Hadid, Katy Perry, Camila and Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Harry Connick Jr. and more. She’s been the subject of several documentaries, wrote a best-selling cookbook called Pasta, Pretty Please, and regularly appears on national television.
