Get a large pot and place on the stove with the flame on add some EVO and the garlic
When the olive oil is hot add all the tomato and add the salt
Turn the tomato and add some fresh basil
After 5 min at high flame cover the pot with the lid and low the flame at min
Keep turning the tomato sauce every 15/20min
When the sauce get dense and the color turn on the red dark take the sauce out and will be ready to use immediately.
