Whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast first:

Cover the bowl
Refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours
Remove from fridge, and remove the cover. Deflate the dough and transfer to a prepared pan. Let sit for 2 to 4 hours.

When dough is flattened, it’s time to dimple it! Sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.

Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
